Facilities management (FM) has a growingly significant function in higher education institutions all over the world. FM is crucial to the proper operation of a campus in all areas, including the buildings and grounds, the classes, and even upcoming expansion projects.


The College's mission of teaching, research, social and environmental consciousness, and whole-person education are supported by Campus Planning and Facilities Management, which directs the planning and design of campus to accommodate growth and change while preserving its heritage and creating environments that are enriching.




To serve the larger campus community, CPFM collaborates and communicates effectively. The Center offers cutting-edge technological support for the current infrastructure in a welcoming setting with high-tech classrooms and alluring housing alternatives that are obligated to avoid waste and minimize environmental consequences.
